At 10Demo, we aim for customer satisfaction with our 10Demo SaaS platform. This Refund Policy outlines when refunds may be issued.

1. General Rule

All subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has started, except where required by law or explicitly stated below.

2. Eligible Refunds

We may issue refunds if:

  • You were charged in error (duplicate payment, incorrect plan).
  • You cancel within 3 days of your first payment.
  • The Service experienced prolonged, confirmed downtime exceeding 24 hours in a billing cycle.

3. How to Request a Refund

Send an email to support@10demo.com with your account email, invoice ID, and reason for request. Refunds, if approved, are processed via your original payment method within 10 business days.

4. Cancellations

You may cancel any time before the next billing date to avoid future charges. Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund.

5. Trials and Discounts

Trial periods and promotional discounts are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

6. Changes

We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
