You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Use of Service

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code.
• Use the Service to store or transmit unlawful material.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

• Subscription fees are charged on a monthly basis via Stripe.
• Fees are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy.
• We may change pricing with prior notice via email or platform notification.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Service and its content remain with 10Demo. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the Service.

7. Data & Privacy

Our collection and use of personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy at /legal/privacy.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and liability for damages arising from use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for business reasons. You may cancel anytime through your account settings.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Dubai, without regard to conflict of law principles.
